These terms cover your use of brittanymyra.com and any purchase you make from Brittany Myra Jewelry, a small studio run by Brittany Myra in Spring Hill, Tennessee ("I", "me", "my"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The pieces

Most pieces are one of one, made by hand from natural stones. Natural stones vary in color, inclusions and size, and screens show color differently, so a photo is a close guide rather than an exact match. I describe every piece as accurately as I can, and I am always glad to send more photos or answer questions before you buy.

2. Availability and orders

Every piece is offered subject to availability. Because most pieces are one of one, two people can occasionally order the same piece at the same moment. If that happens, or if a piece is priced or described in error, I will let you know and refund you in full. An order confirmation email means I received your order; your order is accepted when it ships.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is due when you place your order, using any of the payment methods shown at checkout. Custom and made to order work is paid in full when the order is placed. I do not offer discounts on request.

4. Shipping, returns and final sale pieces

Shipping is covered by the Shipping Policy and returns by the Refund Policy. If anything in these terms differs from those two policies, the policies apply.

5. Custom work

When we create a custom piece together, we agree on the stones, design, metal, length and timeline in writing before I begin. Custom pieces are final sale. Stone availability can change while a piece is in progress, and if a stone we chose becomes unavailable I will offer you an alternative or a full refund of anything not yet spent on your piece.

6. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or using the site with a parent or guardian's permission. Please do not misuse the site, try to interfere with how it works, or copy its content in bulk.

7. My work and photos

The designs, photos, videos and writing on this site belong to Brittany Myra Jewelry. You are welcome to share links and to share photos of pieces you own. Please do not copy or reuse my photos or writing for commercial purposes without asking first.

8. Privacy

How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limits on liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

11. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you ordered applies to that order.
