Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Brittany Myra Jewelry ("I", "me", "my") collects when you visit brittanymyra.com, sign up for my emails, or buy a piece, and how that information is used. Questions are always welcome at hello@brittanymyra.com.

What I collect

What you give me: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you write to me in an email, a form, a custom request, or a review.
Payment details: handled by Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal and the other checkout payment providers. I never see or store your full card number.
How you use the site: things like your device and browser, pages you view, what you add to your cart, and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

To make, ship and support your order, and to reply to your questions and custom requests.
To send you emails about new pieces and launches, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To ask for a review after your piece arrives.
To understand which pages and pieces people are interested in, keep the site working, and prevent fraud.
To show my pieces to people who have visited the site, through advertising on Instagram, Facebook, Google and Pinterest.

Who helps me

I share information only with the services that help me run the studio, and only what they need: Shopify (store, checkout and payments), PayPal and other payment providers, Klaviyo (email), Judge.me (reviews), shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS, and Meta, Google and Pinterest (advertising and measurement). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.

I do not sell your information for money. Advertising cookies from Meta, Google and Pinterest can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws, and you can opt out as described below.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and help measure visits and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or opt out of targeted advertising. To do any of these, email hello@brittanymyra.com. I will confirm the request comes from you and respond within the time the law requires. I will never treat you differently for asking.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as I need them for taxes, accounting and warranty questions, and email subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
