There's no denying it when you come across a gemstone so spectacular it takes your breath away.
These expertly carved Quartz stones are "frosted," giving them exactly what they were intended to be: a frosted appearance. Most of the stone was left raw and is polished in the recess.
 
This gives it a unique 3D look, and when you look at it from different angles, you get a glimpse of bright light reflecting in the stones.
When I first came upon these, I immediately thought 'Casper.' And with Autumn arriving soon, a love for pumpkins and all things fall, and the fact that I absolutely go for those one of a kind strands, there was no question I had to get these in my hands. 
Details:
  • 10-15mm carved Quartz pumpkins
  • 18" long end to end, but will sit 1.5" or so shorter due to the size of the gems. On me they sit at about 16.75" (I would be able to custom make this strand longer with more stones - please inquire for a custom length).
  • knotted with white nylon cord
  • 14k gold XL lobster clasp for ease of putting on your strand
  • 14k gold french wire
  • Note: there is an inclusion in one of the beads, which is likely chlorite (please see last photos) as well as a fracture on the inside of one stone, which is not surface reaching. This is likely due to the growth of the stone and it is stable, which is why I decided to keep it in the strand.
