Refund policy

I want you to feel completely at home with your piece. If it is not right for you, here is how returns work.
Returns
- I accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, in its original condition, and sent back with all of its original packaging.
- A 12% restocking fee applies to every return.
- Return shipping is paid by you. Please ship it back with tracking and insurance for the full value, since I cannot be responsible for a return that is lost or damaged on its way to me.
To start a return, email hello@brittanymyra.com within the 5 day window and I will send you the return address. Requests that arrive after the 5 days cannot be accepted. Once your piece is back with me and has been checked, I refund the original payment method, less the restocking fee.
Final sale pieces
These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom, commissioned and made to order pieces. Custom work is paid in full when the order is placed, because the stones and the hours at my bench are chosen and spent for you alone.
- Pieces offered at studio pricing.
- Pieces shipped outside the United States.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email me within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and I will make it right.
Repairs
Hand knotted silk is meant to be worn and loved, and strands can be restrung in time. If yours ever needs care, email me and we will talk through it.
